A huge thanks goes to tim and his crew for pulling together everyone for another great carnival.
Below is some feedback recieved:
Many thanks for you help in the build up & participation in this years carnival. The competition was better than previous years but we enjoyed two nights drumming, two nights preparation/ evening activities and on talking to our Explorers.......... a great afternoon, I hope all attendee's felt the same.
Special thanks (in no particular order) go to:
Wendy Morris - The drumming maestro who evolved and led the drumming to the point of blistered hands
Jason Davis - Always ready to help out in any way he can even at the drop of a hat when needed
Chris Boreham - Raising the flags at Felpham and inventing the tube drums
Evelyn Cooke - For her support and in particular the feet profiles
Dennis Cooke - For the colour coordinated Middletion Drums
Sue Shimmell - Cups of tea & food
Dave Harwood - Helping on Saturday & Sunday in getting the truck dressed and ship shape
Vicky Hennessy - For dipping in as and when required
And of course the Scouts, from Beavers to Explorers who made the event I hope a memorable day.

I'm sure we'd all join together in a loud - albeit virtual - BRAVO to Tim who held it together in a way that probably only Tim could!

And best of all, I have proof that inside each and every leader in the scout movement there is a beautiful butterfly waiting to emerge…
Thank you on behalf of 1st Felpham to everyone who put so much effort into pulling this event together – a great day out (we may not have won, but at least our music was live J) and fantastic fun.

This looks all pretty convincing, not sure how the judges failed to see
it. Well done!
